As a member of our SharePoint team, you will develop business-changing enterprise solutions with SharePoint 2013 and other leading-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience developing web applications using Microsoft and compatible technologies including SharePoint 2013, Visual Studio 2013, and SQL Server 2012, VB.Net, and C #. Specific expertise in designing automated workflows using Nintex is a plus.

General Functions:

Work with developers to create customized solutions. This may include integrating third-party tools and/or custom code into SharePoint 2013.
Integrate non-SharePoint related services into SharePoint 2013 applications as needed.
Assist other developers, analysts, and designers in conceptualizing and developing SharePoint solutions.
Design, create and maintain document management solutions in SharePoint 2013.
Design, create, and organize site collections that support efficient business process workflows. This includes participating in user interface design.
Design, create and maintain SharePoint 2013 Workflows, Nintex Forms and Nintex Workflows. Work with business users and managers to document and analyze business processes that will be automated with workflows in SharePoint. Use that information to create requirements documents for SharePoint solutions.
Provide expertise and support to end users and other members of the IT support team.
Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgrades
Conduct research on emerging SharePoint development tools and strategies.
Conduct research on emerging SharePoint development tools and strategies.
Continually strive to improve the efficiency and usability of our SharePoint solutions, leveraging your ongoing research and understanding of business needs.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge in the following areas:

Expertise in SharePoint 2013 implementations and administration.
Expertise with Nixtex third party controls
Expertise with SharePoint PowerShell
Experience in .NET development.
Experience in SQL Server 2012 and above databases.
Experience in Web development (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript).
Experience with Microsoft IIS/Windows, or equivalent server platforms.
Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming and Design.
Proven experience with Microsoft SharePoint administration.
Proven experience with Microsoft SharePoint Designer.
User interface design experience.

The Software Developer shall have a minimum of 3 years of recent hands-on experience developing VB.Net applications in a Microsoft environment.
